Mark van Houten is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor with extensive experience in corporate finance, business advisory and strategic transactions.

As Chief Executive Officer of KCE Group, Mark provides strategic leadership across the firm’s audit, accounting and advisory divisions while focusing on the continued development of the corporate finance practice.

Mark has advised clients across a wide range of industries on acquisitions, disposals, capital structuring and strategic growth initiatives.

He is registered with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA).

Kim White CA(SA), RA, MBA, MTP(SA)
Managing Director
Designated Auditor – Randpark Ridge Office

Kim White is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Auditor and Master Tax Practitioner (SA) who serves as Managing Director of the KCE Group. She holds an MBA and brings extensive experience in audit, tax advisory and financial management for owner-managed businesses and growing enterprises.

Kim oversees the operational management of the firm and works closely with leadership across the Randpark Ridge and Cradle offices to ensure the consistent delivery of accounting, tax and assurance services.

Her experience spans audit, financial reporting, taxation and business advisory across a broad range of industries.

Kim is a Registered Auditor with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA).

Shane Budd CA(SA), RA
Designated Auditor – Cradle Office

Shane Budd is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor with extensive experience in statutory audits, independent reviews and financial reporting.

Shane is responsible for audit and assurance engagements within the Cradle office and provides oversight of audit engagements, regulatory compliance and quality management processes.

His experience includes audits of private companies, professional services firms and owner-managed businesses across multiple sectors.

Shane is registered with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) and authorised to sign statutory audit reports in South Africa.

Nilia van Tonder
Head of Audit – Randpark Ridge Office

She works closely with the Registered Auditors of the firm to ensure audits are performed efficiently and in accordance with professional standards.

Philip leads the audit team within the Cradle office and plays a key role in the planning and execution of audit engagements.

He works closely with the firm’s Registered Auditors to ensure audit assignments are delivered in accordance with professional and regulatory requirements.
